I've opened it up and a small bit of metal fell out. From what I can tell it's some kind of contact point within the stick mechanism.. I can't work out where it came from. Pictures attached. Looks like I'm going to have to buy a new controller :/

Having poked around in the drones hidden files, I found this: [00028844][15 00][00] device not detected. [00041885][08 00][00] device not detected. A bit of a googling suggests that it's time to call DJI. Surprised at how many of these issues I've seen while browsing.

Both the cable and SD card are working fine. I've tried multiple cables, multiple sd cards, and mobile mobile devices.

I have exactly the same problem as you, I think. "No Signal" displayed at the top, in red. No live preview displayed. Aside from that, the drone functions perfectly. Everything is on the latest firmware. Tried on different mobile devices, tried different cables, but exactly the same problem...

Ok, home now, so a few updates: Regarding upgrading - it was a total nightmare. It took me multiple attempts, but it DID finally say success. Everything was full up to date. I've tried reinstalling the DJI GO app, and I've even tried it on my other phone so I know I can rule out any mobile app...

How can I check this? The bottom right of the app has a wifi-ish looking signal that says 0.00, which worries me.

It was quite a depressing couple of days! But lessons learned.

Crashed mine into the bank of a river on my second flight. She scraped the bank, flipped over and plunged upside down into the river. I opened her up and dried her for 48 hours and she's now flying again. Props are fine, just a bit dirty and scratched. Everything else seems good.
