I lost my P3 about a month ago flying in Philly and couldn't find it. Everything was as per usual but it lost contact and then never returned to me as it would normally do. I was flying around a new construction building at night. I looked high and low, went up 40 flights of unfinished building...
Thing is I can access the flight record in the DJI Go app on my phone but there is no file generated for it in the memory. I have log files for 4 previous flights but not the last one. How do I get that last one?
Was flying my P3 around the building under construction when it lost signal and that was the last I've seen my P3. No return home function was initiated which it always did in similar situations before. Never regained signal. I went looking at the construction site went up to the 40 some floors...

So I've counted at least four instances described in this thread alone, including me, that say the bird took off and went up and leftward after takeoff. I'm sure there are more people with similar experiences because I've seen it in other threads. Can someone knowledgeable enough collect the...
Another post describing almost exactly what happened to me as seen in this thread http://www.phantompilots.com/threads/i-thought-i-lost-another-phantom.47313/#post-441988
exept I was lucky to get mine back. I did auto takeoff and then started going up and the bird just started flying left and up...
