With Drone Deploy you do not have to set a timer. In the Drone Deploy app it does everything for you. Just set the altitude and how much overlap you would like.

Yes sir! I actually did this today on a wifi only tablet. Just follow the same steps but instead of simulator, let the phantom connect.

In drone deploy I believe if you hit simulator after its sync it should show . Remember , when it is synced click simulator, new mission, and hit the button on the middle of right side (which shows older missions). You should be able to see the mission you created and synced.

BigAl07 The main thing here is the overlap. Any software needs at least 80% overlap.

I use the fpvcustoms.com battery mod with the 1600mah batterys it comes with Andy flight time has increased to 25 min. I will soon be ordering larger batterys

P.S. Having the battery mod over from Paul at fpvcustoms.com has help alot because with the extra time, we are able to overlap more and/or increase our area of collection. Just today a project that took 2 batterys to do was completed with just 1 set and 40% left after drone deploy stated it will...
