Yeah I guess, their customer service is good on the whole. But it was a good opportunity for them, because not all DJI owners are Apple product owners as well.
DJI customers spend a lot of cash.
Apple want to impress them in terms of customer service, which obviously made an impression on you this time :) and they're only going to send it back to DJI anyways, so they have managed to create a good impression at DJI's expense :)

How do you think the site runs? It costs money to host a site and maintain a community such as this which we all enjoy. So I'm sure a few ads here and there won't kill you, and will help keep the site running... Leave them be.

It's not a hard case though, neither is it a backpack.
I agree the new backpack pricing is steep and doesn't wow me as much as the old one.

Well that's a disappointment. Wonder why they moved away from the hard foam - it looked really cool and felt more solid. Will be looking elsewhere for a different backpack now.

It seems the ON/OFF refers to Auto Hold? Judging by how PS are grouped together and A is not.
