    USB port the cause?

    I am unable to watch my P4 video on my laptop though it plays well on my son's new gaming computer. It is very jerky or it won't even move off the initial frame. A computer store guy said he thinks it's because my laptop (4-5 yrs old) has USB 2.0 ports instead of 3.0. Does that make sense?

    All My video is "jerky"

    I changed to MP4 and have watched several camera setting tutorials and I looked through manual and all the help questions here but can't find an answer. My P4 is brand new. The stills are fine but the video is very jerky. It's like it is taking a picture every 3 or 4 seconds and very little...

    lost signal

    I just opened the P4 and it was going along well. Then I would get a firmware upgrade notice, then it disappeared then it would come back. I upgraded the controller, now all I get is Lost Signal. Suggestions? or just wait for firmware upgrade to hopefully reappear
