How can I remove the pins without cutting them? I have a gimbal disconnected message. And I was told I would need to remove them to check the cable to the camera. I have no image on my iPad, but other than no image. Everything appears to be functioning normally.
I have two spare pins, but I'm gonna hold off and let my husband check it when he gets home from work. I'm much too nervous to check it. I'll let you know how it worked out. I appreciate your help
