I actually just used their service for the first time. I was actually pleasantly surprised at how reasonable it was. I had broken landing gear, malfunctioning gimbal, motor issue, as well as a couple of missing pieces. They only charged me 1 hour of labor! I was really expecting a lot worse.

I use the Manfrotto D1 and it's awesome. Carries my P4, three batteries, props, extended landing gear, parabolic range extenders,etc. There's one large compartment that I haven't put anything in yet. It also allows you to carry your Phantom with the blades on if you are so inclined. Sent...
