I just got my vision+ back from DRONEFLY in southern Calif, and I have live video again. I could not get live video. It was a bad wi-fi unit in the phantom+. I highly recommend DRAGONFLY, they fixed it fast and sent it back UPS. They are very friendly and customer service is excellent. I tried...

On pg 24 it will tell you about the batteries. If people would just read the manual, they would find the information they need to avoid the problems they are having.
