I wish I had your choices lol. Unless it is abs necessary I wouldn't go near 1.9 (based on personal experience). BTW even the Inspires are having problems with their 1.9 FW and DJI has acknowledged it.
In my case, the latest firmware update brought up the error after 2 perfect flights, then bricked it. Downgrading didn't help. I don't think it is a widespread problem. Just a few unlucky ones have had it happen to them. I have sent mine back to DJI for repair.
