    Has anyone used Drone Base?

Just made a video on my experience flying for DroneBase. Check it out when you get a chance.

    What’s with the neighbors?

I really didn't want to take it there but I did want to address the fact that at first he stated that he felt "uncomfortable" when the drone wasn't even in sight. What exactly was he "uncomfortable" about? Because there's an Asian guy on a public street minding his own business? I thank you...

    What’s with the neighbors?

Cops got called on me while flying nowhere near the property, on a public street following Part 107 rules and regulations. Some people are just paranoid.

Drones is a cool thing, but when you married with kids...drone stuff die quickly and painfully...

That's when you get a Part 107 license, and then your drone addiction becomes a "business opportunity" that will provide additional income and allow one to spend more time with family. At least that's my excuse.

I've been shooting DB Pano missions for awhile and although I agree that you're not going to the pay that you would with a client mission, it's still a good way to practice if you're a rookie pilot who just got their paper Part 107. Check out this video I made for those of you just starting out.

    Nope. Disneyland has a 3-mile, 3000' TFR.
