Those are the cables. The one with 8 wires is the power (positive and negative from battery) - if the gimbal shows signs of life (e.g. movement or LED lights) then this cable will be okay. Another good thing to check is if the gimbal can take photos and video and store them on the SD card, since...

One of the cables is power, the other goes to the OFDM module, so it is worth checking which one was damaged. If the OFDM cable is damaged, you may get the 08/15 error too. If you purchased a brand new gimbal and still have the same error, then I would suspect a damaged cable or OFDM module.

Sounds like you are having a problem with data communication. I think the only functioning parts that are needed to calibrate the compass are the 2 compasses connected to the power distribution board, the "FLT_CTRL" cable connecting this to the flight control board on top, and the 3-in-1 board...

Yes it's what the battery connects to. It also connects to the 2 compasses and the gps. It provides battery voltage to both ESCs via soldered wires.

I don't think I can help you much. Maybe there are 2 separate issues, one with the radio transmission which might be the OFDM module, double check your antenna connections too. If you can't record video that could be a gimbal problem. Can you take photos and do they get stored on the sd card?
