The main firmware 1.8 for the phantom. I had the same problems until I downgraded to effectively upgrade. In my case the 3.04 messed up the x1 tilt. Now the controller calibrates as it should.

I had the same problem. I tried everything. Then I downgraded the firmware, took it back to 1.8, now the x1 tilt and leaver works as it did do. I was about to give up!

well after much messing about and doing lots of calibrations which made no difference, I downgraded the firmware to 1.8 ( previously 3.04) and it all works perfectly. Maybe just my setup but something in 3.04 really messed up my phantom. So if anyone suffering with X1 problems is reading this...

Sorry don't know the answer to your question but just out of interest. Once you downgraded to 1.8 you were able to then upgrade to v3?

I have pressed the default button under the gains tab and this did change the figures somewhat. They are now: Basic Pitch 125% roll 125% yaw 125% and vertical 140% Attitude Pitch 260% and Roll 260% What changes the figures in the first place, each firmware update?

Hey Tom, Do you mean firmware? I'm on v3.04. I will try your suggestion about the default setting and will try altering the attitude gains for both. Will let you know how I get on. Thanks for the input and to Ozzyguy too.
