    Maintenance

I agree with you as far as using compressed air. It may create more problems than good. Same would apply to the lubricant for the bearing...of course the top one is easy to do...but the bottom one is out of reach... Do not ruin your fun of flying by going always scared of a malfunction...the DJI...

I cannot agree more on the use of prop guard agaisnt cats! One good reason also is it may prevent a rapid descent in case of a drop over trees...at worst, it'll remain hooked high in the tree but all in one piece.

Lowest altitude crash ever( I guess)

H folks, just to tell my little story! Went flying my P3S yesterday and all went fine. Back at home, I got into my house with my P3 in one hand and the RC in the other...on my way down to the basement...tripped on the cat and there is my P3 going down the stairs on its own. My heart stopped...

Question about effect of prop guards on the structure of the AC

I use prop guards from time to time as I often have to fly close to trees. Since I use the quick connect type, is the part remaining on the Aircraft would act the same as the motor guards to prevent shell cracking or on the opposite, are the prop guards, adding more weight, will stressing the...

If you can retreive the owner's picture, you may also do a reverse image search on google...it may lead you to a social media account. As said by another member, it is very nice of you to devote those effort tracing the owner...many would have just keep it!

Need help in marking specific spot on a flight log.

Hi folks, is someone have an idea how I can get a mark on a map while flying so I can retreive the GPS coordinates and return at the same point later? I have a P3S and this would be very usefull as I do forest survey to retreive rocket parts for an amateur rocket club.

Glare problem...seems there is no real issue

After reading all post on droners having the same issue when flying in bright sunny day, I wonder why DJI developped the Go App without this in mind...If menus and basic commands such a camera setting, etc would be black on white or light blue background it would make all the difference. Just...

    Landing problem

It may sounds basic but here a few things: Is your RC antenna pointing to the Aircraft? Shouldn't be! It should be at least perpendicular to the line between the RC and the AC. As far as the instability at landing, are you landing in ATTI mode or GPS mode?

    Camera gets hot

You should definitly get some ND filters to be able to set the shutter speed very close to twice the frame rate value.
